Information and purposes
Field Safety Briefing does not offer registration, comments or enquiry forms. The hosting provider may process connection information, including IP addresses and access logs, to deliver pages, secure the service and resolve errors.
External videos and images
Loading YouTube thumbnails connects to Google. Selecting Play loads a YouTube privacy-enhanced player; this mode does not eliminate all data processing. Loading external product or incident images may also disclose connection information to their providers.
Google advertising and cookies
This site is operated with advertising services such as Google AdSense in mind. Where ads are served, Google and third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Google advertising cookies may support personalised advertising by Google and its partners. Actual ad availability and type depend on approval, region, consent and configuration.
Advertising consent and choices
Where consent is required, choices are offered through the advertising service’s consent notice. Declining personalisation may still allow non-personalised or other ads. Use the Google and third-party advertising-choice links below to manage preferences.
Email enquiries
Messages to manager@safety-kim.com are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing and handled in Gmail. We use the sender address, information in the message and attachments to answer enquiries, correct errors and handle rights requests. Do not send sensitive identifiers, confidential workplace material or unnecessary personal information.
Enquiry retention and rights requests
Enquiries are retained as needed for replies, follow-up corrections and dispute handling. Personal information that is no longer needed is deleted, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Contact the public email address for access, correction or deletion requests. Provider-specific rights procedures are also available in the linked policies.
Personalised advertising choices
You can manage or opt out of personalised Google advertising in Google Ad Settings. Your browser also allows you to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect external services.
