MOEL Ordinance No. 470: connect risk assessment to participation and action (Partial amendment to the Enforcement Rule of the Occupational Safety and Health Act)

The Enforcement Rule now specifies assessment procedure/timing, worker participation and sharing, detailed records, and investigation-report preparation and disclosure.

MOEL Ordinance No. 454: confined-space measurement, records and response (Partial amendment to the Rules on Occupational Safety and Health Standards)

The amendment explicitly requires measuring equipment to be supplied, three-year retention of measurement/evaluation records, and clearer emergency notification and understanding checks.

MOEL Ordinance No. 450: verify performance certification for welding blankets (Partial amendment to the Rules on Occupational Safety and Health Standards)

Korea added a statutory performance-certification requirement for welding blankets used to contain sparks. This provision took effect on 2 March 2026, later than the amendment’s other corrections.

MOEL Ordinance No. 393: revised training schedules and administrative procedures (Partial amendment to the Enforcement Rule of the Occupational Safety and Health Act)

This amendment reorganised regular training by half-year, widened the refresher-training window, and revised MSDS, asbestos and work-restriction procedures.
